We are excited to open this Saturday from 10am-Noon for another winter pop-up sale! High tunnel-grown kale mix is the star of the show but we also have really nice abundant cabbage, limited high tunnel spinach, overwintered scallions, overwintered curly kale, and our very own hot sauce salsa verde and sauerkraut. In addition, we are bringing in certified organic carrots, beets, and shiitake mushrooms from nearby farms. We also have two new special dried treats: apple chips and dried shiitake mushrooms! See below for a complete list of what will be available. The sale will be in the greenhouse attached to the farm stand in-between racks of newly seeded trays. Luckily, it is predicted to be a relatively warm day because we will likely spill out into the farm stand since seedlings are taking up more of the greenhouse every day. Come by and celebrate almost-spring with us!
