CSA's are a great way to support your local farm and enjoy the season's bounty!
By investing in the farm early, CSA members make it possible for us to make vital purchases like seeds and mulches, as well as hire the employees needed to grow the crops before the harvest season begins. At Barrett's Mill Farm, we offer a 20-week Main Season Vegetable CSA, a 4-week Late Fall CSA and a 24-week Main Season+ Late Fall CSA option. Sign-up forms for 2018 are now available below! Pre-season investment in the farm is really important to the health of the business, so as a thank-you, members who sign up early for our CSA will receive a discount!

Barrett’s Mill Farm’s CSA is a “market style” CSA. Over the course of the season, members come to the farm stand once a week and choose from among a wide variety of vegetables to fill their CSA bag. We offer lots of choice so you can decide when you want to try something new and when you want to go home with your family’s tried and true favorites!
In addition to the vegetables that will be harvested for members, there will be a set amount of Pick-Your-Own crops (such as strawberries, peas, beans, cherry tomatoes and herbs) available most weeks of the Main Season. Pick-Your-Own crops are usually unavailable later in the season due to colder temperatues, so in the late fall we instead offer a few items for members to take in addition to their CSA bag
During the season, we post a weekly blog entry featuring a list of crops that we're harvesting along with recipe ideas. Check out last year's blog entries to get an idea of what is available in the CSA each week. Below are lists of crops that may be available at various points in the year.
