Concord Ag Day and the Concord Farm and Garden Fair are this Saturday and Sunday. We hope you will join us for some or all of the festivities celebrating agriculture in town!
Saturday, September 12th
Our farm stand will be closed this Saturday for Concord Ag Day. Saturday morning we are packing up our veggies and heading to Main Street in Concord center for the 10th annual Concord Ag Day Farmers' Market from 10am-2pm! We will have lots of vegetables available for sale and our trusty Barrett's Bucks book with us.
Sunday, September 13th
In addition to selling at the farmers' market on Saturday, we will have our farm store open on Sunday September 13th from 1-3pm. We will also be hosting a tour and talk as part of the annual Concord Farm and Garden Fair.
Tour of the fields at 1 pm*: Meet just outside the farm stand for a walking tour of the fields with the farmers highlighting growing practices and focusing on fall crops.
*Please note that the Farm and Garden Fair brochure has a misprint. There is no tour at 3pm.
Farmers’ talk at 2pm: Join the farmers for a discussion at the greenhouse behind the farm stand. The farmers will share tips about choosing what vegetable varieties to grow and why. Come with questions and leave with ideas for next year’s vegetable garden!
