We’re looking forward to some solidly warmer days this week, and we are also looking forward to having a staffed farm stand! You will still be able to pay with cash, credit, check or Barrett’s Bucks, but it will be a smoother process, and you will no longer need exact change if you are paying with cash. As of this week we are able to accept SNAP as well. There was a recent SNAP processor update and this will be our first week using our EBT card reader since the update. There may be some bugs to work out, but we do have a back-up manual system in case the new system isn’t working right away!
2025 Farm Store hours:
Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm
Saturday 9am-3pm
Cash, Credit, EBT, Check and Barrett’s Bucks accepted.
Available this week:
Asparagus
Strawberries: Strawberries are very popular and we tend to sell out fast. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while yields ramp up. We hope to give as many people as possible the chance to enjoy some fresh local strawberries, so we do place limits on number of pints per household (1 or 2 pints depending on the harvest!).
Snapdragon bouquets: High tunnel-grown Bridal Pink and Monaco Orange varieties.
Stock bouquets: These flowers are not only beautiful, but they are also fragrant!
Mini daikon
Curly kale bunches
Baby Kale Mix
Herbs: Chives, Sage
Seedlings: New this week we’ll have husk cherry seedlings! We still have tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, kale, herbs and flowers available as well.
Fat Moon Mushrooms: Farmer’s Mix and Shiitake
Baer’s Best Beans: 1 pound bags. Grown in South Berwick, Maine. Black Turtle Beans are organic, but other varieties are not.
